husband checked into rehab today

My husband is in rehab now... I can't contact him.

Feeling strangely numb.

Feeling sad.

But also relieved.

I feel safer and more comfortable in my home now.

Positive thoughts and prayers on the way, (Annie)) A meeting would help with your anxiety.

I felt the same when my husband went to rehab, sad but the relief was wonderful, the best month I had in years.. we could all relax for a while

(((Annie)))

I too felt the same way - both times my hubby went to rehab.

This time, I have separated, so I used the No Contact time to really work on myself. It has been a process though...just remember, Progress not Perfection!
I repeat that almost daily in my life now, as I want me to feel better right NOW! LOL!
