hi all,i have been a member of MIP for well over a year..and i see new members that have come on in dec and some before that,what i want to know is they r veteren members and senior members already and all i am is a plain old member.....can  someone explain to me why this is,and why im not a senior member or vetern member yet!!!!!!!!!

It's all tied to how many times you post. Nothing more than that. You are not being slighted. Hope this makes you feel better.

Like Diva said it has to do with how many times you post. I dont even remember the thresholds anymore....20 - 100- 500..I think.

It is just the way the message boards are set up on the internet.

Regardless, in all actuality those terms mean very little if anything. Just a measure of how many times a person has posted to this board.

Congrats on being here over a year, by the way!!!

Yep, the others are right on the mark... it's all tied to the number of posts, and your "status" changes when you hit those milestones.... That being said, we are all equal on here - nobody is "better than" or smarter, or whatever.....  You will help others, and others will help you.... It is all good... :)
