Can't get into chat

I can't get in either. All I get is a little red x in the upper left hand corner.

hey folks,

if you are running a microsoft system, it will not let you download the "active x" in our chat room because it doesn't have a verifiable 'digital signature'. that's part of the security updates. no advice, as i am not a computer wiz. i just don't get on the chat.

I do run microsoft XP home edition (w/no updates as computer can't handle that) and have before and have never had any trouble with it. We haven't quite finished loading all the other programs on it such as Outlook or Outlook Express. But we've neve had trouble before. I also can't get into my NY Times Crosswords either. Oh well, we'll keep trying. Love to everybody in the chat. I miss you all!

Try going to java download http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp go to the second one called .. windows offline installation. Download it from there and then try it. Hope it helps.
