A little humor :)

(((family)))
Thought I'd share a memo that my A recieved at work. I guess it's normal for Alaska, but can you imagine getting this memo in any other office facility?

From: ANCHORAGE, Building Services
Sent: Thursday, January 04, 2007 11:55 AM
Subject: Reminder: Moose Danger
Importance: High

Moose in area

Be aware of your surroundings. As you walk, watch for moose and warning signs in the parking lot, atrium and walkways. Carefully scan the area to and from the building for moose.

Do not walk through areas if moose are present. Please use other paths and walk ways. Always leave a large distance between you and the moose.

Pay attention to moose body language:
A moose that has stopped feeding, walking or resting, and is looking at you, has noticed you and is curious. A stressed moose has its ears up and it may even lick its lips. This moose may charge you. Give a curious or stressed moose space by retreating from the area quickly.

Thank you,
Facilities Management

((((((((((Christy))))),

Too funny! I'm thinking that might be a memo cats send to one another regarding humans!

Thanks for the giggles!

P.S. What about looking out for moose droppings?  That's got to be awful!

I loved this!  I read it at work and started laughing.  Yesterday was a relatively ok day with my boyfriend.  First day I've seen him sober since Christmas.  When I got home, I read him the moose warning, thinking he could probably use a good laugh, too.  He started laughing, hard, and asked me if moose was a code word for alcoholic.  That got me laughing again, so he pulled his ears up and licked his lips and charged me, yelling "I AM ONE STRESSED MOOSE!"  I hope today is a good day too!

Too funny!

Like drucilla said, they call them customers.  Now put "customer" in place of "moose" through out the memo.  There is a new chuckle in itself.
