Customer Service

What’s the deal with a’s (maybe I shouldn’t generalize, it might just be this one) and customer service? Mine gets lit and gets on the phone with you-name-it company’s cust serv. The poor agents! He’s at it now concerning our printer. He rebukes them if they’re in a foreign country (most of them are in the country where he lived until 7 years ago!).  They have to wait until he tries what they tell him to fix his electronics. This is while he’s seeing double, and the motor coordination goes.

He wants to make me his co-conspirator, but I coat myself in Teflon. I am reminded of Blind him with Butt. good advice.

Good question.  I work in retail and it's funny that you brought this up. I have been the recipient of a drunken customer.  They can be difficult to handle.  Luckily for me I have experience in that. At some point Ijust alert my manager that I can't help the customer and tell them that they still smell of alcohol. I step away from the situation and let the manager's handle it. They get paid more than I do!  Luckily when hubby was active he was passed out so no one had to deal with him!

Love and blessings to you and your family.

Live strong,

Karilynn & Pipers Kitty
