I finally made it to the library! Hey Mspeewee, DE, Rose, Dana, Ria, Josey, Cjo, Kis , Senorabob, Nigel, Belle, Garom, Sparkly lovette, Mac daddy, Buzzers, and everybody !!!!
I miss ya'll so much! I feel as if I've been put in solitary confinement! My puter's been on the blink and I'm having to have it turned off of the internet at the end of August because I just can't afford it anymore and have money left over at the end of the month!
Update on the little ol lady neighbor of mine: She fell in the hospital and broke her hip the day before she was to come home, and had to have surgery , so now they're moving her out of our apts! She'll have to be in an assisted living or nursinghome from now on. And be in lots of rehab for a while! So no more cussing to watch for!
Update on my mom; she's not speaking to me in about 10 days now, because she still mad at me because I've run out of gas to take her places, agrivating my sister to death! My sister emailed my brother and he never emailed her back , she wanted him and his wife to come get my mom for a few days to give us a break, but I guess that's not happening.
Anyway, I can get on here for 2 sessions of one hour at a time each day. At the central library here in Ft. Worth. I also found out I can ride the city bus over here for a reduced rate so that's how I got here today, I'm hard up for some kind of adventure!
My ex bf hasn't bothered me anymore thank God! and I haven't made any contact with him either.
My stupid neighbor that I've taken to the eye dr.'s office and helped out with reading and filling out forms for months now, made a move on me the other day! Silly ol man! He's 66! and tried to get me to do something for money! I helped him fill out a money order for his van insurance and then he actually offered me money to have sex with him! OOOOOOOhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!I was so mad!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said I don't want your money!!!!!! I'll starve first!!!!! I left outta his apt and went to mine and just sizzled and steamed!!!!!

I had just that evening had a conversation with my Hp telling him I'd someday like to have a companion, but , the right kind of companion!!! A sweet , caring , thoughtful, person to talk with and go places with, and then LOOK what happens!!! Stupid ol devil was listening in!
Anyway, needless to say, I won't be driving him anywhere anymore !
I hope all of ya'll are doing well, hope you got the mail Mspeewee! Ya'll tell everyone hello for me and I'm gonna try to get up here a little more often I hope altho it won't be at night, it's just too dangerous to come to downtown at night by yourself as a woman here in Ft.Worth and ride the bus later too.

Hey Joni, glad you made it to the library. I go to the library to get on the board a lot of times after work, cos my husband isn't too wild about me being here in Alanon! Imagine that!
I can't get into chat very often anymore for the same reason, and the library doesn't allow it. I sure do miss meeting and talking things over with others. I credit the chatroom with so much of my recovery. There were times that the kind souls there saved me from myself. I was a mess. Am doing much better now, though, so get here whenever you can!
Sorry you had the weird experience with the old guy. I hate that kind of stuff too, makes one feel very creepy. Ewwwww. And it doesn't even matter if they are old, it's just plain creepy, especially when you were just trying to be friends and help out.
I go nuts when I don't have my computer, too. Hubby thinks I love it more than I do him. Hmmmm, well, maybe it's a close second! LOL.
