hi guys

just to update for you... my ex "A" turned up from his travels... and got back on track... he still not working but has decided to go back to college which is good. however he is still in the depths o depression... he goes thru periods of being happy with loadsa energy and looks forward to doing new stuff and taking on new projects then incredible downers... then BANG his whole world falls apart... im beginning to think he has BI-Polar Disorder... ike manic depressive....

he came off all his tabs last xmas and dint go back on them... his doc and psychiatric nurse put him back on his tabs 2day... relaxers to stop his panic attacks and anxiety....

everything that he did in the last 6 mths is coming to a head now.... and the pressure in his head is at bursting point.. he needs in depth counselling and fast...

he asked me what i would think if he started making new friends and tried meeting someone new... i told him that was a good idea... and i should take a step back.... i do still love him with all my heart and soul.. but i have no trust in him at all..... so i know we cant be 2gether... thats not fair on him or me,..

any insight or help would be appreciated.... thanks guys!
