Your posts made me laugh and cry too. You guys are awful smart. I needed all the words everyone posted.


It hurts to go thru these milestones in alanon. But becuz we help each other, it makes  it easier.


I turned my phones off and I am not emailing right now. I feel I need a break from thinking.
