I have not disappeared off the face of the earth. I have been busy finally digging in deep into those dreaded boxes left from March, the garbage man must think I am nuts. There were as many boxes on the street this week as the first week I moved in. I have given up "live tv" and the internet in order to take back my life and get it in order.
I have also started my own home business to supplement the lost child support since January. I have given up on the kids' Dad every supporting them. So I took matters into my own hands and filled my idle time with my business adventure. It is not a get rich quick scheme and will take time and hard work, but I am ready for the challenge.
The boys start back in school tomorrow, so I will get my house back! and a few less kids around every day. I have had up to 11 here at a time, and 8 boys overnight all 12. so I am ready for a slower pace in that regards. It was fun, but enough is enough.
We had a great vacation in DC, 112 heat index, but stayed cool between the sites. Had fun with family. I had an awful trip flying home through Chicago, but lived to tell the tale.
The boys managed to get 4 merit badges done this summer for scouts, so it wasn't all fun and games.
I am going on a trip in another week to West Virginia to visit a friend that will be moving there, so I am finding time for me.
My divorce is has had its ups and downs but still civil at this moment and should be finalized this fall when he gets out of the fields.
I have missed you all and my service here at MIP.
I told Cujo to find us a good rock concert in October in St. Louis and I would fly down for a visit, because we deserve it for my birthday. Your all invited!! We will tell Cujo when whe gets back from Alaska.

great to hear from you josey. I've been away a while too, on vacation and am still trying to catch up on my life. Thanks for filling us in on yourself and also on cjo, who I have missed as well.
Good to hear from you. I've not been able to get on the site as much either lately. Problems with connection in Turkey,then flew to Uk for the birth of my first Grandbaby and my son has been having problems with his connection here too. It made me laugh because they all moan to me about how useless communication is in Turkey and when I got here,he has been waiting three weeks for BT to come and fix the phone lines here!! Ha ha.
Anyway,I have a gorgeous baby Grandson,Ben,who lights up my life now. He's the sweetest,most huggable little tyke. Of course,I've been up to my eyes in nappies and housework,but wouldn't have missed this for the world.
Glad things are going well for you dear,sweet Josey. Hope to get on more regularly once I get back to Turkey(assuming they fix the danged lines when I'm away!!LOL)
