Ollie, isn't it great to finally find a home!

Just to know that there is a lifeline just a click away is so comforting.

Hi Ollie,

i know how you feel, i'm in Ireland and can't really talk to many people. I dont like to go to meetings, i cant really open up there. All i heard there is how they left their partners and how they coping with it. I'm in different situation at the moment, by bf just came out of treatment centre and is in early recovery.

I will start talk soon on the board, but i need more time

Hi Daisy

Your reply, just brought home how lonely this disease really is,i too cannot face going to meetings,i just read this board for a while before i could write anything,i was advised to read Courage To Change ,this little book changed my whole way of thinking,no big chapters to take in ,it just explains in little paragraphs how to take care of ourselves.

Please keep coming back, this is a wonderful family, who never judge, just send lots of good advise and love.

                    Big Hug    ollie
