Hi RF,

Welcome to MIP. The meeting topics are chosen at the begining of the meeting by members that are present with the acception of Thursday night. That meeting is a step/tradition meeting, and the step or tradition is already pre selected.

Hi (((rf))),

I too just wanted to extend a warm welcome. Al-Anon offers help, hope, support and understanding. So glad you found us and hope you keep coming back. It may not always easy but it is worthwhile. I would recommend you try face to face (f2f) meetings in addition to those online. I found the Conference Approved Literature (CAL) invaluable, especially in my early days. There is usually a selection available at meetings or there is an online Recovery Bookstore.

I wish you well on your journey of recovery and discovery,

x  Maria  X
