Hi,


 I just went back and read morbies post on what addicts do and it was another reminder how blessed I am he is not in my life any more.It is so funny how some of us are blessed enough to get out of the relationship and we forget all the sleepless nights the cheating the lieing and the abuse and we thank for a second we want him back.


 I know for me when I think like that I post I run not walk to a meeting.I know for some we have chose to stay and this is no judgement for me I had to leave but it amazes me 3 years later some times that thought comes us it wasnt that bad ha.


 I will keep working my program.

That post inspired me too. I am trying to hard to break completely from my A. I read that thing every day. Twice!

I am so happy that the post I did on what addicts do has helped so many of you.  It has been a lifesaver for me as well.  On days when I just cannot understand why my son is doing the unrealistic things he is doing I read that letter again and have my answer.  I have to keep repeating to myself "Stop being suprised, that's what addicts do".  Sometimes I listen to me and sometimes I don't.
