Having a bad night tonight. My husband is an off and on drinker. Tonight was on. I really feel that I don't love him anymore. He makes my life a lot easier becuase he helps with the kids, house, everything. But he does not fulfill my needs emotionally, spiritually, or otherwise. He is a good father, and I don't know what to do. I am taking good care of myself, but get very stressed when he is around. I just want to be happy and healthy and a good mom to my kids. I want to live my life and enjoy it. Thanks for letting me vent.

Go face to face meeting & online meeting.

post on the board here on the site. I have gotten a lot of good feed back.

·        Setup a support system.  people do not judge. You need someone who can go for coffee on a bad day, or pick up a phone and call when in trouble. The support is what is important when you first this program.

HI moonbean,

Welcome to MIP.  You sound alot like me a few years back.  My A started as a few drinks a night than it got worse.  He is a good father and does alot with the kids.  But for me he not there so much not a all.  We are planning on going to a  marriage group. See if we can get those old feeling back.  Don't give up keep coming.  Everyone has a story and will share.  Take what works for you and leave the rest.  For me this board made me a better person, wife and mother.  This board was for me not my husband.

Keep coming NIKKILOU
