It is 11am my time. And already we have lost the car, and I just found out that my grandfather has to have heart surgery.
I that at 28, having my granfather still here is a blessing. But I am soooooooooo not ready to face the fact that he is getting older. And the thought of losing him. Not even something I think I can handle.
Trying to Let Go and Let God. I need a meeting. 6pm can't get here soon enough.

OMG, I am so sorry. I pray that you and your family will do well with all this. Everything seems to happen in my life in big wads, somehow my HP helps me get through it. I am sure yours will do no less for you.
Glad nobody got hurt with the car deal. That's a blessing.

I just want to jump through the screen and hug you. There will be better days. You are blessed to have your Grandfather, I lost my second one at 16, and were so close, we lived next door to each other. I named my first born after him. So I get to say his name every day. Ok sometimes yell!! LOL Just because he is having heart surgery doesn't mean it is the end, it can also mean he will have an improved quality of life. Please try and find some sunshine and happiness today!

You'll both be in my prayers, Dolphin. My Grandma is in the hospital right now too. The diagnosis is not looking good. Like you I am grateful at 34 to have a Grandma around, the thought of her not being there is horrible to me. I wish you the best, take care of yourself.
So glad you could come here and post. I am sorry about your Grandpa. It doesn't matter how old we are or how old they are. Special people in our lives should live forever, don't ya think?
Medical technology is phenomenal. Heart surgery patients are usually out of the hospital within 3 days barring any unforeseen complications.
