Therapy for Anger at your A


  Hey, this really helped me when my husband drank....  I wadded up kleenex (after drying my tears) and threw them at our wedding picture.   I never felt so much better afterwards!  And I didn't destroy anything or anybody.  (Electronic darts helps, too.  There is something about hitting that bullseye that is therapeutic!)  I never knew how to express anger correctly.  It was always stuffed or I would end up at the other end of the pendulum--usually aggressive and not assertive.
