BODY_working tomorrow and Friday so extra rest..workouts at home, easy does it, Keep it simple will be key...eating clean...no processed foods, no eating out, clean, simple foods..lots of fruits, rice, spinache and tomatoe in my power shakes with the fruits...treating my eye with salt water and it seems to be helping some after only one day...toe healed, I think....LOTS of bad stupid illnesses/injuries against my body, so I'm claiming protection prayers....going to be early and I think reading will help me do that...
MIND_reading a great historical novel "the other Boleyn girl" by Phillipa Greggory...LOVE true stores, history, crime, nature, animals stuff, avoiding over exposure to the news
SPIRIT_ lots of prayer to HP to keep me going in forward direction in all areas...particularly the financial stability, and also asking him to HELP me PLEASE slow down, pay attention, dont' just get into a flurry of action with no brain behind it.....
I will do my best to be on, but gotta take care of myself first.....That said, work takes a lot out of me...even when I pace myself and set limits...I am exhausted when i get home.....Lord, I don't know how much longer at my age can I keep working this mind draining work.....Hope HP has an easier means of support for me...
Keep up the healthy Body, Mind, Spirit work... it is looking good on you!!!
BTW, I LOVED that book!! I actually love just about any fiction that is based on actual history, but that is a "good read" author for me!
