SELF CARE INVENTORY_THURSDAY

After i did the yard I went "bike hunting" and didn't find anything that beats my little cruiser.....so I may just stay where i am at

mowed the yard, then had FUN for the REST of the day, hanging out with my friends up the street

roommate goes into one of her "issues" and I just politely and nicely told her I was too busy to "engage in stuff we went round and round about"  and I told her have a nice day as I headed for the door

bought a "fannie pack" to wear when I am cycling....running is just too hard on my poor feet, unless it is on the beach, LOL so I'm gonna be a "biker" chick with my little pink cruiser....

I had a GOOD day and I did not let this overly sensitive roommie mess up my day... When this all is over with with the virus and sheltering in home, I want to hang out with my church mates at church,  gyms,  other friends....and ride my bike....yea, its "OK" to chat a bit with her when its necessary and of course a bit of laughter,  but really, I want my life for myself and the people who are in my close circle....

So how did you all take care of yourselves????

I had an extra day off so I got to the pharmacy. I also got some errands done Doing anything under COVID is terrible takes for ever. I am down to.a few boxes to unpack but I have some more in the storafe unit. I also have some stuff at the house I was staying at. Have to move those. My dog is not with me. The dog hates boxes and all the angst around the move. As you know they do not like change I had a better day. The last 6 minths have been hard on me. One thing after anothet. I need some quiet time.

I.am having a much better day today. That is what comes from 3 days rest. I.am grateful to be able to move through this time. Every.day.is a challenge with COVID. Now we all have to.wear masks. Every daybusva new chalkenge. Having to move on top of thar is total overkill. Compleely submerged Moving alone is enough. Moving alone is too much. Add too many ither factors ut is overkill
