Gracious what Evening and now what a Morning

Aloha Family and I am Happy that those of us that are feeling good and great are feeling good and great and those who are not quite there are confident of being on the way.  Yes I am of the first group and it has taken two days of working it with my literature and my HP.  We have done a great job and this morning has been a super blessed morning.  I woke up feeling awesome mind, body, spirit and emotions.  The morning breeze is blowing thru the window past the curtains in front of a bright sunny morning  and I feel my creator,  HP Fathers concern for us.  I spent a good part of the early morning working with spiritual healings I have learned several years ago in program to clean up my head and body and didn't know if it would work to start with because I have not practiced it instead letting the power of insanity have the rule for a long time and now the continuous and disorderly process of mind is over...gone.  "Free at last...Free at last...Thank God I'm Free at last" (Thank you MLK).

The promises of the Al-Anon Elders are real if I follow and when I follow their suggestions.  I pray that for all of us...Practice the powerlessness and the acceptance and keep on keeping on.

Thank you all, Paul and the rest of this family for being here this morning to help me greet the sanity.  I'm gonna go dance some more.  LOL  (((((HUGS)))))smilewinkbiggrinawwwinkwinkwink

smile Aroha mai, Jerry... aww  I find that a yawn and a stitch is as good as anything.

At my age I was never a fan of fitness centres. Am blessed to have a nice back yard to potter around in- and do random exercise.

Ta tatou whaea, ko Papatuanuku sits neatly alongside middle eastern religion- compatible and happy.

And Alanon higher power sits neatly in her hand... smile ...

Thanks (((Jerry)) and ((Everyone))) for these inspirational posts. Jerry, it was a very beautiful sunny day here as well yesterday and the warmest we've had so far this year. I could hardly wait to get outdoors. I took two long walks - one in the morning and the other in the evening. No matter what's going on, Spring is here. It's thought to be a time of renewal. My walking paths are growing more lush and green each day, flowers are getting tiny buds, birds are gathering singing and the air outdoors feels cleansing.

I choose to be emotionally, physically and spiritually present today awaiting what my higher power has in store for me for this day. Do I have a problem free life? Of course not. But life is short and I absolutely choose to take my joy in welcoming and offering gratitude to my hp for each day's gifts.  TT

{{{Jerry}}} I do retreat into insanity at times although I really try my best to avoid it! And most of the time I can, thanks to program and my alanon family of caring people.

I loved your post so keep them coming. I look for joy everyday and most of the time I can find some. Hugs, Lyne
