The material presented
here is not Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature. It is a method
to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
I shared earlier, but the original poster must have deleted the post about alternatives to face to face meetings. These are available for anyone who doesn't have access to F2F meetings and/or doesn't have a ride, childcare, or a meeting that works with life/work/school schedule. Great resources for our current state of pandemic and beyond...
You can drill down by language, by day, etc. Not all meetings function as posted so plan ahead as best you can!
Here is also a resource for email meetings, chat meetings and phone meetings. Again, you can poke around and possibly find what you need/want. https://www.ola-is.org/index.html
We are trying to restart our meetings here! If you look to the top left, you'll find the meeting schedule as well as a link to the chat/meeting room.
If you have a local counsel and they have a web-site, you can probably find out if your group has gone online with Zoom or another app.
Lastly, if you have a friend/family member who's in AA recovery, there are many resources available as well.
I welcome any input from others who've got suggestions for recovery tools in lieu of formal face to face meetings! (((Hugs))) to all, love and light too!
