Update on Rocky38

Dear friends, old and new,

I just stopped by to say hello and send my wishes that everyone here is receiving the love and support that I did when I was active on this forum back in 2005-2010 (I can't believe I remember my sign-on and password!) Life has taken its twists and turns, as it does. Still, I hold a special place in my heart for all in my Alanon family who have helped me find my voice and my sense of self. My son, Midnight, and I are all doing well, and I now have a daughter-in-law and grandson! Sadly, my second husband passed away last year from pancreatic cancer, but the eight years we had together were a gift! I wish our years together were longer, but that wasn't to be.

Sending my love, Rocky

The good and not so good are a part of my recovery.  I looked back at your white board and will continue to add you in the gratitude I have experienced here.   ((((hugs)))) aww

Love, love, love that you stopped by and updated us! So sorry to hear of your husband's passing - I am a slow learner and when I am working through grief, it seems to help to focus on the good times vs. the end times.

Please keep stopping by - love and light to you and yours!
