information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
That's awesome. I think it will be nice and convenient to listen rather than having to read sometimes. Especially on the go,while cleaning the house, or just when I need to tune out some people.
I love audio books. I haven't listened to any of our CAL on audiobook - I've read most physical copies just in my own time or via meetings, but I definitely agree with you that they're convenient because I can do the "reading" in tandem with other things like chores, commutes, etc. I have AA's big book on audio book and I like listening to it every now and then during my morning commute.
I also find listening to speaker talks inspiring. There's lots available on YouTube and on podcasts. Another great way to fit in some recovery while in the middle of other things. I would caution, of course, that the message is better absorbed when you can actively listen instead of splitting your attention between listening to the audio and, say, writing an email!
