an example of let go and let HP

In a post below someone asked what our holiday plans were.  I spewed a stream of concience about everything I had to do and not really knowing what my holiday entailed yet but it I'd do my best and it would be what it would be and a chuckle.

Well....I'm umpiring a game and I'm offered for tickets to a NJ Nets game.  I try calling home to see if that is something my family wanted to all do.  Three calls home and nobody answering.  I start to drive home and they are walking down to the ball field.  I asked them and surprisingly they all said yes (wasn't sure of the girls), they also agreed on the spot to going out for brunch which they still weren't sure of either.

I basically let it all go Saturday morning and by 6PM Saturday I had a unexpected yet nice holiday on the scheduled.

Also I kinda spilled the beans to my oldest about the Easter Bunny and she chipped in and helped.  I was afraid to take the kid out of the holiday for her and put her an adult situation, she's had enough of that.  She wanted to see her younger siblings faces in the morning though and said she'd really enjoy that.  So we shared some interesting bonding moments last night and this morning that 24 hours ago were not expected in my wildest dreams too.

I have a few examples since starting this program now where when I really just left it to my HP, my HP not only gave me wonderful results, they were results that I wouldn't have phathomed.  This was the latest.

Just wanted to share that.

Bob

I'm so happy for you, you deserve it and it's long overdue. I hope you have a great day with the kids and that some special bonding continues.
