I thought there might be a meeting right now, so I clicked on Chat Room Entrance, but it looks totally foreign.  Am I doing something incorrectly?

I see that someone else tried to get into the chat room 8 days ago, and couldn't get in.
Iamhere suggested going to tech support (to the person who had trouble before). I tried that just now but couldn't see who I was to contact.....there were just old posts from years ago there.

The tech. team has been making changes to various parts of the site. I just clicked to the chat room and while it looks different, I was able to sign in just as before.
