**Florence talks about nonresistance being the key to serenity and better karmic energy in our lives..She talks about we must give up the ego absolutely..So many of us, the ego, particularly disguised as false pride, kept us in a cycle of struggle after struggle...Our resistance only created more of itself...Like the old, but true saying "what goes around comes around"
*On the other side of the coin, she mentions that if we give up the stubborn ego, and just "go with the flow" we create positive vibrations around us..the situations, if we dont' fight them, and just take care of ourselves, a lot of times because we are not feeding them our negative responses, often dissolve or go away on their own...
Peace comes to us. We will find serenity each time we willingly humble ourselves.
Resistance is more familiar. Nonresistance means growth and peace. I'll try for serenity today.

Florence Scovel Shinn, wrote a book "the game of life" that book is literally my bible...really!!! I deviate from her teachings and my life turns to more crap.....follow her and things go much better
So!!!! its time for me to do a "wicked" sized step 4 and route out the inner negatives
Ever since my good Wednesday client got killed Xmas 2016, my financial life has turned to crap!!! why??? noone is gonna tell me but my highest self within and I have to get QUIET and connected to ME to find out...What went wrong??? what happened with me to have caused 2 years of hellacious struggle and financial mis-fortune......SOME, a BIG part of it is fighting the bad karma...fighting situations and changes that are unwanted.....FIGHTING IT!!!! I've had to fight all my life and where has it gotten me??? yea, I was right to fight him off me so as to not get raped, but when I got away, i fought life since...I've fought it all my life... when I got into F S Shinn, and her metaphysical approach to life, I didn't do so bad....at some point in 2016, I wandered away from her great teachings and those of Venice Bloodworth, another metaphysical teacher and i need to get back....get her book and STUDY and work the chapture on NON resistance and therefore casting teh burdens.....

I think that is why I feel everything is so HARD! I resist and I fight! Fight to have MY way... instead of just letting it FLOW into the universe, and accepting what flows back to me!!
I will be doing a lot of thinking on this post today!
