Oh thank you ladies, Looking up and Poseys. It was a great chat. Were going to meet at Starbucks regularly and then when the weather gets warmer we are going to find a place where we can walk and talk. Exercise and communicate now how great is that?

I'm grateful for so many things today. Today I'm truly grateful that I forced myself to work out because I am quite good at making excuses for skipping it, cutting it short, finding something better to do like putting away my clean laundry, etc. But, I am determined to lose the spare tire (menopot) around my middle and I'm committing to 5 days of exercise a week along with making a few dietary changes, as well.

I'm also grateful for leftover cioppino from my wonderful dinner with my bf last night and I'm even more grateful for my job.

I'm grateful to for my CAL because I always feel better after reading them

I'm grateful for the email I got from a friend last week wishing me a happy belated b'day. She remembered me even while grieving her mom who died just a month ago.

I'm grateful for a loving and supportive life partner

and I'm grateful for every day my hp gives me no matter what kind of day it's been
