Ok, thank you for the wise reminder, Lyne!!!

This is where I am living this holiday season... yesterday something just clicked for me... all the things I've been reading here on MIP!!! There is no GOOD REASON for me to dwell on the "If only's" in my life! Thinking in that way was just making me so sad!!

Why not choose to be grateful for the GOOD in my life? The GOOD I have TODAY... at this moment?

Just for Today, I will seek out the good, I will stop dwelling in the pain, I will enjoy the day!

Thank you, Lyne, for being an integral part of my healing!

Peace and Love!

I like it Lyne....

It reminds me of a seminar I attended and the speaker was John Gray.  He said something like 75% of human 'natural' thoughts are negative, but the good news is that we can "train our minds" to think differently.  Posts like yours do just that - help guide us back onto a positive perspective.

Thanks for the share

Tom
