Ohhh that's a hard one for me. I tend to think I know what's best and get to meddling. I did something today that at first gave me a little anxiety and then I realized my motives were pretty clean and I handled it in an appropriate way .. I tried to keep it about me and what my observations are, what my hopes were and was very clear this was a one off .. meaning .. I understand this isn't my business however I believe I do have the right to say something and I won't revisit it again.
It's also not up to me in terms of the outcome. We'll see how this goes .. I do see this as a defining moment though. I feel good about how I handled it and my motives. I am responsible for what I say not how someone receives it. They have the right to respond how they see fit.
It's the letting go part of it that I'm struggling with .. LOL.

Lol relatable about the kiddo.. still on track for January move out. Kid has been super respectful which puts me in the spot of having to behave in a reasonable way lol!!!!! This is boyfriend's oldest adult child. Both of them need a spanking I swear I don't know who's more pig headed .. ..the longer it goes on the more pride and ego that gets to flaring. I don't do this covert crap .. and I find staying in my lane speaking my truth a lot less stressful. We will see. Lol.
