I have found the Step Work board a great tool that helped me to work through the steps of recovery. MIP friends, if you haven't tried it, I suggest taking a look.

  Ditto Freetime....

                            when I arrived here I worked through the steps...

      ...and picked up stuff I had missed, or overlooked previously... ... we went through the traditions too, at one stage.

Betty does a gr8 service around here- day by day...  so grateful...  biggrin ...
