He's 'nipped down the road for an hour'

And I am so relieved! No tense silences tonight!

I know I'm sick, but I had to share.

Focus on something else...laser precision focus...now is the time to start.

Make change...in YOU.

Nother... after years of feeling stuck... I now seem to live in the moment... biggrin ...

...when i see you sharing -in the moment- it does appeal to me. aww ...

it is very very hard to -think on our feet- when there is anxiety... and I have had heaps of it.

I do breathing- which is very simple and easy to to do- as my first aid.

And yes- reaching out- as you are doing here... is a very important second step... in my view... smile ...

I agree with the deeeeep breathing..focusing on your nice deep breaths with oxygen in them nourishing your body as your belly and chest rise with life sustaining oxygen...and just do that when you catch yourself focusing on anything but you and where you are NOW and what you are doing NOW (breathing/relaxing) I agree with David..Hard to stay mindful when anxious, but the breathing really works...
