Well, I have been really stressed out over the whole getting the girl into a covered psychiatrist on her insurance plan and HP stepped in. I had a big fight with the insurance company today .. I have no issues with being conflict habituated when things are outside of my control .. absolutely none at all .. lol. By golly I'll find a fight if I want to!
I had been talking to a former co-worker and she suggested her guy and I called thinking no way .. well first I looked it up .. LOL .. then I called and it was amazing .. he was available and taking new patients the only thing I pray that we can get her in next week and not in 2 weeks. It will interfere with her first week of schooling. AND it means me driving up and back 2x to girls school which would SUCK.
So, here's the part where the God of my understanding has a very wicked sense of humor and I LOVE it .. the guy is Irish .. and this is soooo extremely funny as well as ironic because the neurologist I took her to based upon name I thought he was Irish. He was soooo NOT Irish on ANY LEVEL .. LOL. So the fact I did not associate the name with an Irish background the fact he really is from Europe and I'm so glad because that means he doesn't walk around like US Dr's without an open mind .. I think my daughter will benefit from him greatly .. I do not want her on 5 medications .. she needs to not be a walking zombie. I also do not want her miserable either.
I had a big laugh and just said oh well .. this is a God thing and I can now breathe and hopefully not be boxing with a Dr because he is not listening to me. Now I let go of all expectations and just give it over to HP and say ok .. do what you gotta do.
This is a HUGE thing because normally getting in is like WEEKS .. not 2 weeks we are talking like think at the end of the year. I am hoping to get her through and just be able to say ok here we go.
This makes the last week a little more bearable.

Sending prayers to the heavens that the doctor's visit will be what is needed for your daughter. School starts next week... hard to believe summer is over.
