RE: comtrol to rest

Welcome wildhorsehomimy, I agree, letting go of "attempting to control" people, places and things does bring about tremendous rest and serenity. Please keep coming back and sharing the journey.

Wildhorse - Great insight. It is truly imagined isn't it? Great to let that go and find our peace, we never had any control anyways :)

Welcome wildhorse, glad your here,it so so serene when we let go of the things we cannot control, seems strange at 1st,then becomes habit,of just letting it all go,to keep the focus on ourselves.......hugs ,thanks for sharing.....lu

Warm welcome to you. When I learned to let go, the relief was immense.

RE: control

When I first had that time when I knew I was letting go I felt sooooooo laaaaaazzzzzzzy. Like I knew I had something out there to do but I couldn't come up with it. Then I got used to the feeling.
