I'm sure it's not an Al-Anon approved motto but it definintely hits home and applies to my situation for sure! Thanks for sharing!

No ,it is not a slogan however the principle that it conveys is .
The Alanon slogan of :"Let Go and Let God" helps me to remember that I am not in control and that we each have our own HP.

I love this saying, too, even if it's not official.  It provides a good visual image of what can happen to us when we try to control the uncontrollable.... Isn't it amazing how these bits of wisdom come into our paths just when we need them?
