Stop the worry and regret

How do you set aside worry and regrets?

For me, I had to embrace the program - meetings, steps, slogans, readings, etc. to learn how to live in the moment. When I am able to stay in the day, I rarely worry. I have no issues with regrets - the past is over and nothing I think, say, do or plan can affect it.

Attend meetings - that's the best way to learn how to live different, think different and be different.

Keep coming back Susan - welcome to MIP! Glad you found us and glad you joined right in. Read around here and also at the Al-Anon official site. There is much information to digest if you are new, and tons of suggestions between all.

You are not alone - local support for me was a huge gift that I treasure still a few thousand 24 hours later....
