Today I need to remember that gratitude is one of our best tools. When feelings and personalities and illnesses seem too much, when I stop and get quiet and reflect on all that I can be grateful for, life is better and I can breathe. At least for now. TY alanon.
Me three - when I get distracted or wrapped up in what's wrong around me, I am usually able to get through it by flipping my attitude upside down and find what's right around me.
