I have to get this out of my mind. I had a nightmare this morning. It was about a close friend her husband. It was so real it makes me sick. The dream was about them breaking up due to cheating. I wasn't really there for her except hugs. Now this was a dream for sure but this could happen. I guess this is probably the hardest post I have written. I just need some feedback & me being taken seriously. I have doubts about infidelity & need to get over my fears if even ruining my relationship. I would like to think that my fear has no real truth in it.
Anyone out there have these kind of issues.

Kathleen - so sorry that you had such a vivid dream.....I rarely dream and when I do, they are just 'crazy enough' that I am always grateful to wake up and 'see' reality. I truly don't have much to offer you other than (((hugs))) and support.

I used to dream of my exAH cheating, I believe it was based on my insecurities. He had cheated on me before we were married when he was overseas and we were young and I never really trusted him after that. I talked to a counselor about it and worked through my fears eventually. When I did my 4th step it was something that came up again and I went to work on it big time. Sending you love and support!
