So, it's a rainy, gloomy Monday morning. With rain, comes mud. I have two dogs who love to run in the rain. So, there are muddy paws, and muddy bellies to clean off before they can come inside. I often wonder if I enjoy snow, more than rain, because of this. But, it's part of life in Pennsylvania.
This morning, I did not want to get out of bed. My body could feel the rain, and my bed was just so cozy. So, I was thinking to myself, do I want to focus on the rain, or should I focus on something positive? I chose the positive.
LOLOL - snow is much easier!!! The mud prints and mud paws are so messy! Always grateful when the spring rain season ends!!

Don't think about the problems the rain causes, think about the beauty of it. I love rain and I love storms. When the wind is blowing and I hear it whistling and hear the rain pounding and the thunder - it relaxes me. I don't know why. I always sleep best during a storm. And rain helps, too. Rain washes everything away and when it's over, everything is bright and new. Rain brings us grass and flowers and all the beauty of nature. Rain is so cleansing.
I think its worth dealing with a little mud. Just change your perspective!!!
