why can't I shake it?

Some things are hard to get rid of. I just hope that today I can make the most of what I have to work w/. You all have been on my mind. I haven't forgotten how much you have helped me through difficult times. I just feel like sometimes I am on my own. I don't have internet at home. I decided a long time ago that I would have a hard time not getting on the computer too often & that I would never get anything done. But that is just me. I have to continue to do things that are healthy for me. I still know people who don't have cell phones.

So, as I sit here rambling, I realize that I really don't have much to say & that it is even hard to type. I didn't get a shower yet today & that is probably partially why. I will shake the funk that I sometimes get daily or so it seems. I am still a work in progress.

Thanks for being open to whatever I say. I am an old timer w/ newcomer issues.

Aloha Hoot...Thanks for the share I got my old depressive memory and feeling as I read it just a rememberance.  HP lets me feel and see the past in order to know what today is still like and then I do what you have just done...visit the family and sit down and listen.    (((((Hoot)))))

Waiving @ you Kathleen - know that we are here when you can stop by and always LOVE to see you when you do! I can relate to the computer being a distraction. I have to treat my inner child with boundaries also - meaning I try to limit my computer time....I do better with that at different times based on my needs and my projects.

(((Hugs))) to you and thanks for your share!
