The newest member of my family finally arrived this afternoon @ 3:45pm CST. The kids wanted to be alone with the babe so I didn't get all the stats but great APGAR scores!
I watched him arrive into this world - if you've never gotten to do this, I recommend. I am not a super emotional person but this got me going - the miracle that is life....

Well - thanks everyone!!! Kind of intended to share so you would all know why I was missing so much from 'this family'!!
I am in love....he looks like my son when he was born - sweet baby who gets mighty angry when he's not swaddled. That's the only time he cries!
I've got a great photo of him - less than one day old giving his grandma the, "would you stop singing to me look"..... (I want to believe it's the "keep singing to me look"....but have been told differently).
I'll try to post when I figure out how to do so.
My first grandson is spending the night again tonight so it may not be tonight.
Thanks so much for all the congrats - I'm sooooooo tired - yet soooooo happy!!
PS - I certainly understand why you have kids when you are younger.....chasing a 2 year old is far more tiring than 2 weekends of softball tourneys!!

Thanks TT.....baby and momma are at home and my son is at a near-by city for classes. I am super tired and we're all a bit over-whelmed!!!
