All I can say is WOW .. I don't even know where to start ... no job is perfect that's the truth .. I want to say I have never ever worked in a company like this one .. the opportunity to grow and learn is out there all I have to do is take it. It is like having the brass ring on a merry go round and now my destiny is mine. Crazy stuff I swear.
My boss delegates like no tomorrow and follows up without being intrusive. I left a job where I couldn't use any kind of initiative and now I'm being asked to do things that blow my mind. I mean here you go and let me know if you have questions. I'm not picking up on any dysfunction from her. We are in the middle of quarter close and eom, she's lost some key people due to circumstances beyond her control and she is just taking it all in stride moving forward on such a positive level. So the idea of being personally mentored by someone like this is such a God send .. I really can't express .. I have literally come home and cried twice out of sheer gratitude.
The struggle of waiting for a job and knowing this was the one .. I am just blown away.
It is soooo hard to be patient .. I know things will workout .. if I stop being my own worst enemy .. if I can love myself enough to let me be happy, healthy and whole. I will be able to do what I need to do and be ok.

One of the perks is they offer tickets to concerts .. LOL .. so tonight for free I'm going to one and taking a girlfriend of mine. The other thing is that they are sooo family friendly and there are people there to cover jobs that you are able to take time off. It's crazy because they want older people which is sooo awesome .. so many of the temps are older than me. Again .. if there is a problem they don't blink an eye about time off. So I'm not stressing if the kids are sick or hurt. Yes I loose time .. however they will work around it.

My girlfriend and I had a total blast at the concert and I really look forward to seeing who else we will get to see there .. so it should be a lot of fun to see who all comes to town!! I'm telling you I have never been in a honkytonk bar before so that was CRAZY!!!
I had to laugh about that .. It was huge and the nice thing was it was crowded however not so crowded you couldn't find a place to sit and we had fun watching everyone. Next time I am dancing however it was just good to get the lay of the land so to speak.
