relate to today's reading in the C2C

I thought about what today's reading says about clutter. I have so much clutter that it is making me sick! I need to spend at least 15 minutes at a time on the weekends to go through my important stuff. After all, everything is important stuff. I don't like to spend more time than I have to. It all makes me feel so disorganized & tired.

Now for the clutter of my mind. I am so sure that when there is clutter there, there is no stopping my stinking thinking.

Much more can be said about the reading. I am so glad that Betty started the chain. I can't always read the books but I know that they are helpful. Right now I can barely read what i am typing on here. I am still struggling w my eye. My left eye will be fixed in a month. I am having a hard time because I want to & have to read sometimes. It is hard to be patient when there is so much time to deal w. I am anxious to. Hopefully I won't drive myself crazy!

Thoughts & prayers are needed mostly for my sanity. I am hoping time will fly. There is nothing I can do right now.

I will try to live in the moment.

Kathleen

Thoughts and prayers coming at you Kathleen.
I have clutter issue as well and at the moment i am trying as new rule of '5 things" which means that every time I enter a room i must put away or discard 5 things that are out of place.
I understand having eye issues; it's very frustrating and I really hope it is resolved for you soon.
Hugs!!

Kathleen -

Huge hugs for you - I didn't realize that clutter was yet another element many of us have in common! I love what missmel has suggested. I also set a goal of xx minutes each day to work on a pile or stack or closet or box as my ultimate goal is to downsize in the next few years. There is no way I can do that with all that is currently in my home!!!

Hang in there! We can all tackle our clutter together maybe!

Prayers Kathleen I try to move at least one piece of paper or clothing that is out of place as I walk through a room. That helps.
