Hi , everyone I was walking in the park this afternoon and since I always carry my camera and am ever trying to be in the "moment", I was fortunate enough to see  a mother sparrow gently feeding her baby on a bench. It was a perfect reminder of how nurturing my HP is to me.

Great picture and reminds me of the Spiritual feeding my sponsor, meetings and my HP give me regularly. And thanks for the reminder to live in the moment and see the little things.
