Just Sharing the Lessons Learned

First off, I would like to apologize to the membership for my last post, a few weeks ago, that

concerned the effects of alcohol on a persons estrogen levels, it was off topic, controversial

and did not abide by Al-Anon Tradition TenLesson #1 learned.

Also by apologizing to you all, I am continuing my personal growth using Step Ten,

which states that, when one is wrong that they should promptly admit when they have

wronged.  Lesson #2 learned.

I have missed you all.

XOXO

Good to see you Deb
It was an interesting topic you raised, I really had to bite my lip to not jump in with my own opinion but I guess that's the point isn't it? And now that you've posted this it has me thinking about tradition 10 as well and how and why it matters. Nice one
Thanks for sharing the journey!
