Debb - Thanks for the post - so very true about the loss/lack of freedom when I am always reacting....
Not only am I missing the freedom that my HP wants for me, I am so very, very tired from the exercise of reacting.

Thanks Debbie Great reminded to STOP( do not say the first thing that comes to mind (react) --instead I can recite a slogan- process what is going on and then RESPOND.
My serenity is more important than my irrational responses .
Thanks for the Share.... It Reminded Me of "Changed Attitude Aids Recovery" and I too have Found when I STOP and just let things Marinate a Bit, I tend to see just how Unimportant My "Reaction Response" was Needed..
