My Freedom

"My freedom and independence do not depend

on any acts of defiance or confrontation

They depend on my own attitude and feelings

If I am always reacting then I an never free."

Debb - Thanks for the post - so very true about the loss/lack of freedom when I am always reacting....

Not only am I missing the freedom that my HP wants for me, I am so very, very tired from the exercise of reacting.

TGIF back @ ya!

Thanks Debbie Great reminded to STOP( do not say the first thing that comes to mind (react) --instead I can recite a slogan- process what is going on and then RESPOND.

My serenity is more important than my irrational responses .
