Hello,

I often come to the boards and read as a guest, but after 4 years I thought why have I not joined..... Anyway glad to be here and apart of today!

I was raised in an alcoholic home, married to an alcoholic who is now in recovery. I have dabbled in alanon for about 4 year, but started working a honest program a little over two years ago. I go to two f2f meetings a week, attend some electronic meeting in-between, have a sponsor who has a sponsor, a HP who I trust today and live my life by the principles of the program, to the best of my ability, one day at a time.

Life is much different for me today, and the saying - it works if you work it is a true testament for me today, thanks for having me!
