dealing with those moods - ugh

Ok so we get out of the house or at least mentally leave the scene when our A husbands are drinking. Its the next day that bothers me too. When they are just moody moody moody. How do you deal with that? Again just mentally leave the scene, I know. And hope there's a 3rd day when they dont drink before the cycle begins again. Sometimes there is a 3rd day (good day) but not always.

I understand how you feel.  My A can be horribly moody when he is hung over, but what makes it even worse is that he acts like nothing happened.  It drives me crazy!!

It sounds like you're living my life! I have the same crap in my house. I try to stay away from home during the drunken times. The next day it's the moody crap and then maybe a couple of good days. Sometimes I go a week or more of nothing happening, but these days that's getting more and more rare. The up and down stuff is draining every once of energy I have. I hope you have a better supply of energy than I do!
