Help? How to join in meeting?

I have been in chat room a few times.  Tonight, I tried to join the room while a meeting was going on and could not.  Is there something I need to do to enter chat room during a meeting?

no brenda sometimes the server just acts up. when it does that for me i just restart my computer and hope for the best and it works every time.  hope to see you in here soon.:)

I have also been trying to connect to the chat room tonight.  Tried rebooting... is there anyone I could email for help for tomorrow?
