I got this in an e-mail today. It fit well today since I have a second interview for a new job possibiliity.
I hope others can look forward to a positive New Year with new opportunities also. I know that these oppertunities can feel scary and make us not as excited as we may think we should feel... however, I know the excitement will come with time.
Anticipation
I move forward, knowing that each new day is filled with opportunities. While thinking about the new year to come, I may feel a little anxious about the changes it may bring. Yet I know that while change is inevitable, it also brings with it new possibilities, ways to grow, and blessings beyond any I could imagine. So I look forward to the new year with eagerness and anticipation, with hope for all that is possible in my life and in the world.
I am filled with hope as I bless the year that has passed and look forward to the future. I look forward to opportunities for me to be of help to family and friends and ways I can express God's love in my life. I look ahead to applying positive approaches to life's challenges and to gaining knowledge.
Uplifted, I move forward, knowing that each new day is filled with opportunities.
