Morning all, I have been saying the serenity prayer every morning in hopes that it will guide me during the day. I have been in a really good place lately. I have found that once I let go and let god I am able to let go of the control and realize that I have no control over anyone else but me and I am able to find a calming peace.

Wisdom to know the difference, well that will come with time. It is hard to know what is my problem and what isn’t, but what I have learned is that if I’m 100% accountable for me and my actions and no one else then it will be easier.

I also attracted to me that which occurred. Once I take that information and process it, I’m able to accept the things I can change. I can only change me, not my A , not my family, not even my kids. I’m able to encourage my kids, I’m able to support my family, and at times I"am able to accept my A.

For me, I have been working my program on a daily basis, I have also been taking a self healing course that has me digging deep and honestly it has been hard to relive the feelings of the past but it has been good for me to let them go and know that I’m a worthy person.

I choose to live a better quality of live then what I have lived in the past. I am a beautiful person that has a lot to offer myself and my children, my family and even my A. Once I accepted that my HP is with me, I am able to have the courage, the wisdom and the strength to live my life to its fullest potential. With all of this, will come serenity.
