Thank you Green Eyes That was an interesting read.

One observation was about a year of sobriety affording some insurance against relapse. This seems to coincide with the belief about the mind still changing a year after stopping the abuse.

Thanks for this. This is actually just what I needed today. Yesterday I was having a weak moment where I imagined my AH relapsing. In my imagination I was yelling at him and telling him he will never kick it. I felt better after reading some of C2C and remembering that I don't have to give in to my bad thoughts. But this article is another nice reminder that worst case doesn't have to happen.
